Throughout its history RATIA designs have naturally inspired the concept of RATIA Lifestyle. It is easily recognized by its casual elegance, fresh prints, and unique designs.

The Leipäkivi pattern draws inspiration from memories of moments spent on the beach, where treasures brought by the water create paintings on the sand. At the heart of this graphic design are smooth stones, which have been polished to perfection by the water over the years.

These stones, called "leipäkivi," are tossed onto the water's surface, and it's a delight to count how many times they skip before sinking back into the embrace of the waves. Amina Saada has captured this playful and nostalgic moment in the Leipäkivi pattern, bringing it into everyday life.

This design is available in four different sizes and in our 1mm Ultra Thin Plywood Print, 15mm Original Plywood Print or 30mm Premium thickness. Allowing you to pick the perfect print to suit your interior. Because of the natural wood surface no two prints are ever the same making your print completely unique.

Every product is designed, printed, and handcrafted by our team in Helsinki, Finland. We never outsource production, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality and ensure every piece meets our high standards.

We use only premium Birch plywood sourced from responsibly managed forests and certified by FSC® or PEFC™.

Our specialised printing process applies your artwork directly to the surface of the wood, creating vibrant colours with a durable, semi-matte finish that celebrates the natural beauty and texture of the birch. We print exclusively with UL GREENGUARD Gold certified inks, ensuring exceptionally low chemical emissions and making our products suitable for even the most sensitive indoor environments, including homes, schools, hotels, and healthcare facilities.
