'Create Your own' Products
While you are uploading photos and editing products you have the opportunity to check your design in the preview & zoom functions. Plywood Print will produce products accurately according to this preview using an automated process for privacy reasons. If some errors have crept into the design that were visible in the preview, the product is considered to be a success and correctly produced.
Please refer to our printing guide for more information on what to expect when ordering a Plywood Print and what types of images are best suited for printing on wood.
If you are at all unsure about how your images will look when printed on wood please either order a small test print or get in contact before making an order where we would be happy to help.
If you receive a damaged product or a product that contains printing errors that are not show in the preview, please contact us right away so that we can quickly assess the situation and find the best course of action to rectify the problem. Contact us at email@example.com with your order number, delivery address and photos of the damage.
Artist & Plywood Print Collection Products
Our automated processing system will instantly start processing your order as soon as payment has been completed 24/7. Printing, packaging & dispatching is performed between 9:00-17:00, Monday to friday. Delivery days do not include Weekends.
Plywood Print makes every effort to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, in very rare case this is not possible and so this is not a guarantee. Posti and UPS collect all ordered automatically once they are complete and ready to collect. Posti & UPS are 3rd party service providers and so Plywood Print cannot guarantee they will collect the order within 24 hours, but they have done so in 99% of occasions.
Posti gives a recommended delivery time of 1-2 days. UPS gives a recommended delivery time of 2-5 days depending on the geographic location within Europe. As 3rd party service providers Plywood Print cannot guarantee these delivery times.
Within confirmations emails Plywood Print will give full tracking information about you package. If your package has not arrived within the suggested delivery times it is your responsibility to contact Posti or UPS with your given tracking number to discuss the delay with Posti or UPS.
Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed by Klarna, Plywood Print does not hold or have access to your payment information at any time. If for any reason your payment has been declined, Plywood Print is unable to assist. Contact should be made to your Bank or Payment provider.
If you receive any other error in the checkout process please do contact us right away where we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
If you have been issued a refund on your order. Please note that refunds usually are received within 14 days, but in some rare cases it may take up to 30 days to receive.
